According to Issac journalist on insta.Bears are tryna get junior paulo for next season and beyond,personally I say let him go.His been wonderful and done the club proud but his past his best now and his on to much money.

I'm again OK with it, let's get younger a bit and I think his injury might take more of a knock out of him.

There's no way on Earth we'd be offering him 950k for next year . More like 350-400. But there's no point letting capeable players go if we are only able to replace them with NSW Cup players .
Paulo can catch and pass so he's still one of our better players ( unbelievable yes) so I'd rather we re-sign him on a contract not drawn up by a blind budgie on the spectrum, and let him go another year.
However something leads me to believe that Juniors Managers trying to force our hand to re-sign him as discussions may have stalled due to the rumours of us signing a few players.
Yeah I'd have to agree with that. He's a quality player, but at the right price. We won't be getting into a bidding war. If he wants 2 years I'd be inclined to offer him a diminishing contract so we aren't over exposed in the final year.
I'd offer 350k max for him now
