Masterclass defence last night from both teams. Even when compressed the wingers could trust the centres and vice versa. On many n occasion Stains n co would just come in enough to basically be defending both the rabbits' centre and winger simultaneously. He never rushed up and in fact back up whilst turning slightly side on so he wouldn't be caught standing still and waited for them to make a decision (whether it be cut out from the half to the wing or through the hands) and could then easily slide/sprint back out and tackle his opposing winger if needed. BA should watch last nights game on rerun with his boy toy wakka. Seriously though last nights game was a clinic on how to defend by both teams.

  • The players shouldn't be blamed for our constant up and in defense, that's the way they are trained. Anyone can see that whoever they name out there wheather it be Waqa, Sivo, Dunster fergo ect they all get caught out.   Arthur and Kidwell are totally responsible for this and its going to cost us at some stage.

    • Bro please! I asked you nicely to only comment until at the very least you get your School Cerifucate. It's like beating a dead horse with you. I repeat from last time when you just could not understand; it's not the made or missed tackles that is the premise for not being able to read defence. In fact it basically has nothing to do with it. With regards to dopey list, are you on top?

        • There you go attacking members again for their opinion. Are you mentally prepared for when people come back at you or will you play the victim again.

              • best comment yet, yeeeha bring it on

          • Brissy has started already, you can tell he's nervous before the match.

Any loss from here puts serious serious pressure on his poster boy Brad Arthur.

Brissy has recently pretended to follow majority in wanting Arthur gone but you can tell secretly by his responses after the Melbourne win that he's back to his old ways of harassing and bullying people that has any views against him or his coach.

Arthur shouldn't even be here after he won us the spoon in 2018 anyways.

            Scott

            • If you're not nervous right now you don't have history as an Eels supporter. There's a time for trolling and this aint it.

              BRING IT ON!

              • Parra 42 Newcastle 8

Second half demolition by the Eels.

                • Oooh I like that scoreline kurupt

I might drive around the neighbourhood beeping if that occurs just to piss the novacastrians off

"Well Longfin as I have always stated, no such thing as a fair draw as you don't know what teams are good or not until the season starts. What could look like a bad draw could be decent based on the teams.
Raiders had an ok draw in 2024, their…"
