They just interviewed BA and he said with a bit more work Gutho will be great for us at 5/8 next year and said Robson will be our back up half (New 1 year contract). He then confirmed it again in his next sentence..wow!He also confirmed French will be fullback next year.Link to audiohttp://www.triplem.com.au/sydney/sport/nrl/news/2016/8/brad-arthur-hints-at-more-signing-news-for-parramatta/

  • I'm hoping a lot of you heard that interview as he was giving up all kinds of info!
  • Gutho has been great but he is a long long way from a top flight NRL half.
  • Is there a link to the interview?

    • Lol.  I can't resist:

      1. French

      2. Radradra

      3. Jennings

      4. Takarangi

      5. Toutai... Only joking - Mead.

      6. Gutherson

      7. Norman

      8. Mannah

      9. De Gois

      10. Vave

      11. Ma'u

      12. Moeroa

      13. Scott

      14. Robson

      15. Edwards

      16. Brown

      17. Wicks

    • You mean team list number 10, 754.

  • So Mead to the other wing?
  • Thank god he's taking Bevan off the wing and into FB, must have been reading my posts

  • His kicking game is horrible. I worry when you don't have a half either side that can kick long and short.
    • I'd hardly call it horrible. For someone who was thrown into 5/8 having spent the year training in centre/wing he's done a fantastic job. With a full pre-season of training at 5/8 and fine tuning his kicking, I'd say he'll do a fine job.
  • BA is obviously building the team that he wants. Seems he is willing to risk developing Guthro & French into the team rather than opt for recruiting proven talent although the lack of available quality in halves has probably shaped his thinking.
