  Except Phil Sim of course, who seems to have recently hinted of jumping ship in regards to Sefa.

  Hi Peyote, I think I covered much of what I want to say in my blog on his coaching. I would like to add a little something that I've discovered. We all know that BA has done the hard yards, having covered plenty of the eastern states in his coaching career. In other words, his Parramatta appointment wasn't handed to him on a silver platter. He's earned it! I know that he is someone who constantly learns in his coaching profession. As fans, we saw aspects of the team that needed improvement. No question that BA and his team saw that too. What we have seen since last year is first of all targeted recruitment. At training I witness a focus on aspects of the game that I'm sure will bring success. I see individual attention given to players. I see players and other coaching staff having the opportunity to have a voice. I see the creation of a team. But put simply, he will be improved because improvement is key to everything that he does. Simple.

    You're spot on Sixties. Brad takes ownership of his mistakes and results. His biggest critic is himself and he has a winning attitude based on a strong work ethic

    Thanks sixties.. It was your blogs that got me thinking.. BA now has his first "full" offseason, and it will be easier to judge 5-6 games into the season, I'm quite interested to see what he has taken away from last year..
    
    I hope he has something planned to deal with whatever caused us to bomb in the last few games of last year!
