Proud of the fight and the way we never gave up . If we hadve played the whole game like the last 4 mins we would’ve given ourselves a great chance to win . Now we just have to build off that 4 mins and make sure we do it for 80 next week.

Yep. 'Mentally weak' has been Parramatta's main problem for a long, long time.
As much as Brad Arthur can be admired for his heart and passion, not much can be said about his judge of character.
When it comes to recruitment, Brad needed to put more emphasis on brains and footy smarts rather than what they can bench press, (Yes I know, this isn't Brad's job anymore).

A new-ish 'stable' board, a semi-beefed-up forward pack, a capatain and coach recently resigned, (albeit with their personal stocks on the decline) coupled with a sparkling new stadium that Parramatta look set to lose at for the remaindwer of the year...
A few things I’ll say about BA.
He never makes excuses and he never blames the players or singles out anyone.
Some may say that’s a positive attribute I reckon it’s an attitude of a person with zero passion and zero accountability - how can he expect his players to lift when they are never made accountable.
