BA or Corey Norman?

I heard again on MMM that Corey is unlikely to be an Eel next season. Apparently BA wants a cultural change and considers Corey to be part of the problem. It got me thinking that perhaps Corey might survive if BA is axed beforehand?

If you had to choose one to stay, but not the other, who would you choose?

I have been a huge fan of both throughout the last 5 years,  but I have never liked BA's decision to play Moses at 7 and feel that Corey should be given the key to the team. I don't rate Moses highly, never have. I think Corey is a far more natural and skilled half.

For me, I would prefer Corey stays if I had to choose between him and BA. The thought of Moses being responsible for leading us to the finals and beyond leaves me feeling empty and without hope.

Ps, I acknowledge this hypothetical may not have much (if any) substance to it; one leaving may not be contingent on the other staying and vice versa. Still, I'm interested in your thoughts.

  • Both have to go.

    • and Moses too.

  • I agree with you and would like to see Norman stay and BA piss off and take show pony no footy IQ Moses with him as I have never rated Moses and still don't and if he becomes the dominant half we will never make the top 8 let alone win the comp.

  • BA to go ASAP so we can start moving forward. Norman’s a decent half when he’s motivated, he can go if we can sign someone better, but I cant see that happening whilst we’re wooden spooners..
  • Keep both and resign for another 5 years :)

  • Funny cause a couple of weeks ago was reported BA was sticking up for Normy and it was Max and co that want him go e

  • How can anyone stand up for Norman? This is what is wrong with this club.

This imbecile has had so many off field indiscretions that the queen is still gasping.

He hasn't strung more than 5-6 top notch games together in a row since he got here. He can never be a leader or captain, taught a goose how to be a goose and goes missing when the pressure is on....EVERY time.

    BA....FMD.

  • The occasion when Norman got into trouble drinking while in rehab and was subsequently fined, he was out with M Jennings and Brown
  • I think it would be easier to find a better coach than Brad and harder to find a better half than Norman, without paying massive overs.  Behind a good pack Norman has the talent to star in the NRL.

    • Mate, Norman hasn't played more than 5-6 games well in a row since he got here. How long do we wait for him to string a solid season together? The bloke is a top shelf idiot. He has had so many on field and off field chances it's not funny.

      Fark him off FFS.

Time for some new blood and replace the idiots who have had many chances first.
