This is a coaches job mate, its a reoccuring problem and the coach refuses to hold people accountable, mate this is on Brads hands.
We look a very poorly coached team, i believe other teams have worked out BAs predictable style and game plans, he gets out coached week after week.

Why is coaching any different to managing a team in the corporate world?
If you're not achieving the results you're getting paid to 99/100 its the guy at the top that gets moved on - eventually as much of a nice bloke BA is, he will eventually need to be held accountable for his tactics, instilling of team discipline, squad development and results. Sad but true.......
