BA is an easy scapegoat

So last 2 weeks we have played better and by the admission of the playing group it was a heated opposed session that turned it around. That included better discipline and ball control. This week or completion rate is poor and too many penalties. So who do some people blame??? BA.Everyone is entitled to their opinion but a BA witch hunt is uncalled for in my opinion. Focus your attention on the players

  • There’s a very skewed view on this site (and in society) of what personal responsibility is.
    • Couldnt agree more Leith

  • Absolutely! BA didn’t clock off for most of the game the highly paid ones out there did!
  • This is a coaches job mate, its a reoccuring problem and the coach refuses to hold people accountable, mate this is on Brads hands.

We look a very poorly coached team, i believe other teams have worked out BAs predictable style and game plans, he gets out coached week after week.

    • Exactly.

Why is coaching any different to managing a team in the corporate world?

If you're not achieving the results you're getting paid to 99/100 its the guy at the top that gets moved on - eventually as much of a nice bloke BA is, he will eventually need to be held accountable for his tactics, instilling of team discipline, squad development and results. Sad but true.......

  • Snake your a dickhead
  • Old school parra that knowone wants around anymore
  • He is extremely WELL PAID and has the team he wants. He is bloody responsible.
    • He has responsibility, and so do the 17 blokes that ran out onto the field.
  • I’d hate to have a number of people on this site as my employees - being solely responsible for their poor performance... seemingly a dearth of emotional intelligence re people needing to own their own excrement.
