I thought he did a good job. He is clearly hurting and they know they fell one game short. He was clear with where he thinks the blame is, i agree that the brown 7 weeks was the final nail.in the coffin for us. I hope they learn the lesson for next year.
I also think we have seen the blueprint fornthe starting 17 next year. Granted penrith were undermanned, but the eels blew them off the park in that first half. Had they played like that more times this year the team would have easily made the 8.
Finish on a high i guess. Off to bali a week earlier than everyone else. Bring on mad monday, they better not do mad monday and risk another suspension nightmare!

I think the current group of players we have is enough talent, however we need the draw, injury and suspensions to go our way and need to be a top 4 side in order to make a serious go of it.
So basically a miracle.....
Draw was definitely a dud this season and 22 weeks of suspension on top of it. That can't happen if you want to compete for the title tbh
Good teams win inspite of the draw and despite any injuries or suspensions.
We should have made the semis regardless, we had enough talent on the field when the whips got cracking, the players simply weren't playing for BA and that is supposed to be his strength - the players supposedly love him, but they didn't show it.
Even if we made the semi we would of been making up the numbers. No Gutho and moses
The best teams win, no matter the circumstances.
Look at the Panthers, they lose key players every season and cotinue to aim up and finish at the top of the ladder.
Discipline let us down this season.
Sivo 4 weeks out
RCG 4 weeks out
Brown 7 weeks out
Matterson 3 weeks out
In a season when we needed a few things to go our way after losing so many top tier players, these suspensions were our achilles heal. Throw in the Hodgson factor and your spine is an issue as well.
I think it's a good learning curve for the team.
Lets hope they come back bigger and better next season and for Christ sake, work on being a defensive machine for season 2024
The panthers haven't really had many players out simultaneously. They've lost Cleary a couple of times for a little while but otherwise stayed pretty healthy with little suspensions. Last nights side was about as undermanned as I've seen them apart from when they've rested players in the last round
All the BA haters have gone to bed, night ladies. If only certain players had not let the team down maybe we would be in the finals. But let's blame the coach, because the Arthur hatred real, whether it's coach or son. Have another pie in the face ladies, save your hatred for next year. Lol

Didn't hear of BA touching tities, didn't hear if BA smacking players in the face or kneeing players in the back. Yeah keep your hatred, I'll add cream to your pie.
