Brad Arthur has failed in his attempt to improve our forward roster, and it has been well documented that the Parramatta pack is by far the smallest and lightest in the NRL - it's the major reason we aren't competing. Its not possession or referees, that's absolute bs.
The building and constantly regenerating of any sporting roster is by far and away the most important quality any coaching system can have, particularly in the NRL.
In my opinion the 2013 pack hasn't been improved upon. Whilst is wasn't a great, it had better go forward with Fui and Junior as starting props. That pack could more than match our current pack.
Its has been very evident that were not keeping up with the other clubs and are actually going backwards, with nothing substantial on the recruitment front, as well as the development of upcoming players.
In each of our opening 5 matches the opposition has easily accouted Parramatta's forwards in every facet of the game.
2013 Pack
8. Jnr Paulo
9 Keating
10 Fui fui moi moi
11. Ben Smith
12. Kennny Edwards
13. D'Arcy Lussick
14. Peni Terepo
15. Kelepi Tanginoa
16. Tim Mannah
17. Mitchell Allgood
Ricky inherited most of these players from previous years and cut most of them, so in theory BA had a clean slate to work with.
2018
8. Mannah - close to retirement
9. Kaysa - too small, cant defend
10 Evans - worst buy in history (3 years)
11. Mau. - should retire in a year
12 Williams - Wont be re signed
13. Brown - very big heart but needs two giant props to help him out . One man band
14 Terepo - Tries hard, but can he hold a ball?
15- Scott - played 1 year too many
16 Edwards - undisciplined, but earns his spot
17. Alvaro - Wouldn't start at any other club
17. Tep- great potential but isn't progressing as he should.
18 vave - has to go
19.gower - has to go
20 matagi - has to go

Cant argue with this, this is factual.
Agreed Chief, He loses Paulo because he tried to lowball him while signing useless Bums like penishands Torpeo and the Crab and is shocked when Ricky offers him big coin. Tep has regressed quite badly, he had a gun offload and great footwork when he came on the scene but he has been turned into a plodder.
Our pack is the worst in the comp some of us having been saying it all off season and factor in the worst two dummy halves in the comp and people are wondering why we are struggling.
Who? BA has had 5 years to answer that question.
Well chief u seem to know everything so u tell us who do they get??? Who wants to come to us & how much money do we have to spend??? Your just dribbling so much shit about the coach & this & that, you sound like a f##king idiot, no wonder heaps of people have left this site
Agreed regarding Gower. The guy is getting pretty hard done by here. He's a depth player. In 2014 - 2016 we needed players like Gower to fill the side out and provide some experience in the pack. These days he's mostly named in the 21 to provide cover for injuries in the warm up. Whenever he's played for us he's done his best.
Gower? Im talking about the future going forward here, Gower has no place in that.
Gower is a very good player for his age and build. He changes the angle of his runs and makes a handy 20m he also has an offload. I'd have him in the team this week. Cut tep and Manu. Brown needs to be captain and Mannah to the bench. And don't let Evans near the team. Send him on a plane to England
Again... and again... and again. Shame it's always just bloody dawning... never actually getting to midday.
