We may not be football fans but this is a big deal, making the round 16 in world cup is a great achievement - let's get behind the Socceroos and hopefully we progress to the round of 8 time to send Messi home packing! Go the Socceroos!!!

I thought about getting up early to watch it but remembered how fucking boring soccer really is.
Mick, I will be watching it soon; my time zone here has it on in prime time at 7 pm. I think if we can score a goal we will get a draw and maybe penalties to win; but for the Argies its their bread and butter and i expect them to come out blazing. I am just keen to see us give it everything as Arnie has been superb. If we can score in the first half we may do it.....but the skill of them may hurt us.
Really even so far Mitchy, just need to keep possession and frustrate Argentine, defensively solid
Mate that's the worry, they get a small chance and score! Clinical I guess but we just need to hang in and believe. One goal is all we need; but those dirty buggers are going down like flies in order to get yellow cards. That yellow card in the 37th min was a joke
