Australian Selection explaination needed

There is something about the Australian Team I cannot understand. If someone can explain it for me It would be much appreciated.Why is the Dally M player of the Year, and full back of the year, and International Player of the year positioned on the dead wing of the Australian Side??????

Because Billy Slater is the incumbent... He has been the best fullback for about 3 years not half a season. I'd like to see Jarryd out with Greg Inglis though. It's time for that wanker Hodges to go.

Also one thing to note is the most acclaimed award the Golden Boot. Jarryd Hayne isn't even in the running for, which is quite strange considering how many other awards he's already won this year.

Nominees are Billy Slater, Cameron Smith, Fui Fui Moi Moi, Greg Inglis, Gareth Ellis and Kevin Sinfield.
