Parramatta have sounded out some up and coming young coaches and are looking at grading some fresh blood in the coaching ranks.
Brad Arthur has the full support of the current board but in saying that , it's not much of a supportive wrap.
Whilst i am a BA supporter I can see some areas he is deficient and believe the club should employ some new blood particularly one whom can improve our defensive structures and aggressiveness.
Whilst I have learned of their interest to conduct sweeping changes in their coaching support team, it DOES NOT AFFECT THE HEAD COACH more so the supports , recruiters and list managers because lets face it they have done a piss poor effort over the last several years.
The shortlist I have been led to believe is headed by Geoff Toovey and Trent Barett.
Other that bare mentioning as possible targets and or candidates worth a look include Justin Morgan.
Nathan Brown , Jim Dymock.
We desperately need fresh ideas from the next breed of up and coming coaches.
Especially in a defensive role
Are there any other potential candidates that could add some real zest and quality to our club.
Lifting the work load off Brad Arthur ?

Chuck...................... Do the doctors know youve escaped again?
There are a shit load of worthy assistants here, especially on team list day or post game night!!!
On a serious note he has assistants already. What does Peter Gentle do?
If BA can't cope maybe he needs to spend some time in Wenty to polish his game.
Look , first and last time I will reply to the Baiter's
I am not this chuck person.
