How did he not see keppie infront of him knocked out. Keppies couldn't even stand. Just falls over after trying to stand up. Such a blind ref. After that panthers game how is he reffing. This incident is only showing how much of an unqualified ref he is

How about the try just denied to manly. As soon as there was contact in the line the review stopped and no try. Two weeks ago it was play on against the knights when dylan brown got obstructed.
