I hope Chammas' source is true. This is exactly what needs to happen now and again if true, it is a great thing that the Board are facing reality rather than attempting to airbrush the very obvious problems.

I heard today from an impecable contact that those who matter are fed up with the way we play footy and have lost faith in BA to deliver, there is friction over Brads coaching style of being too close to the players and not being hard enough on them, basically alluding to a lack of accountability that many of us have been banging on about for years.

Ive absolutely no doubt we are currently enquiring about a succession plan and new coach, the wheels are in motion.
The club will deny it but im hearing its on and thank fuck for that.
