Now before I go on, I like Arthur, I really do. I'm one who really despised Kearney as a coach, so you know I don't love every coach Parramatta have. And I don't put my head in the sand when things don't go as planned for people I love in the club. I give credit where credits due for players who deserve it, but if a star or fan favourite isn't having his best night are performing, is say my opinion.
Now people have been bringing it up, and ive said it since pre-season, Arthur has no excuses now. He has the team he wants. You cant keep bragging that he lost Hayne, that was 2 years ago now, and he's picked up Foran, so no excuse, on that note did Hayne save Anderson or Kearney???, if hayne didn't leave we would've lost norman to get foran I doubt we would have all 3.
Arthur is a great defensive minded coach, seems to gain respect from world class players. But why haven't they performed?
Look at Bellamy for Melbourne, yes he has Smith, Cronk and Slater. But he has a way to turn bad/mediocre players into first grade standard decent players. He turns good players into superstars. Same as Bennett, Green, Maguire and Hasler. Arthur cant seem to make great players better or good players better or bad players better. I'm glad to be proven wrong, but give me a list of players that Arthur has brought to club, not ones already here when he came, ones he bought that turned into good players, same as juniors any juniors since 2014 became stars? even Moeroa has regressed.
He cannot develop players, cant develop kids. Hopefully this year he'll get moving in the right direction but if we lose to NQL and Canterbury you've got to think is he a dead man walking at the end. I doubt it but to be the best you have to beat the best and from what I'm seeing from who we are buying, we didn't buy to re-build, we bought to win right now. And if we miss the 8, I think he should be shown the door.
The hard question is, if we don't do well who will come in to replace him there are no names that standout, if he performs in Holden cup than Luke Burt maybe but too early to tell
He's had 3 years now, and got a great roster with depth, how long does he need? I'm not blaming him for the first 2 years completely, but he didn't make those years better. Hope I'm wrong.
Again so the haters don't start, I'm not saying for him to be sacked now. but this year is crucial for him to get results

Has built us up, but is he good enough to go on with it? that's all, I'm not bashing the club or him I could go on calling him every name under sun but I didn't, So I'm not a true fan for not liking someone as much as others seems fair doesn't it?*

For the record, the recent remake staring Aldous Snow was a f*****g disgrace.
