So Brisbane play Titans. Are you cheering for Brisbane to beat Titans, so that Parra makes ground on a team ahead of them, or are you cheering for Titans to beat Brisbane so we start to put a gap between us and other teams that will challenge for top eight spots?
My hope for the team is purely top eight, so it would make sense to be wanting the latter, but I'm not, I'm wanting to overtake the Titans, which suggests I actually harbour ambitions to finish at the very top of the table. Always the unicorn :-)

I am going for any team that isn't the Rorters, Rabbits, Penwiff or Raiders.
I agree snake, I don't mind the top teams winning, it's the middle of the road teams I am hoping lose.
Tonight I hope storm win. I really dislike Rusty's Rabbits and Storm will make the semis anyway.
In regards to us getting in the 8 i always hope the teams i know will make the 8 easy will win because they are certs to get in the 8 anyway, i dont want any middle of the ladder teams getting wins against the top teams like roosters, souths, manly, etc.
We could have to battle it out for an 8 spot with teams like the broncs, panthers, tigers, cows, etc, so i never want those teams getting wins over the certs to make the comp.
So i think you and i are opposite in our thoughts on this UniPhil.

The raiders are going average but man I hope they get flogged deluxe this week.
I am sick of melbourne being a protected species so i'd love them to get the spoon but know it's unlikely. So i guess as long as we beat them on the ladder i'm happy, ideally we are in eighth and melbourne in ninth so they miss out on the finals because of us.
...then we win the comp too!
