We've run out of brown paper bags.
I think the people with the Brown Paper Bags have lost confidence in our recruitment.
Apart from Hayne, Moi Moi, Hindmarsh and Radrada in the last 10 years I cannot recall a player who has warranted the consideration of 3rd Party Payments.
I know personally I wouldn't have wanted to waste my money on players like Scott, Watmough, Foran, Poore, Norman or Moses if I was to be playing players.
I think if the recruitment turned positive and we were able to put together a competitive side things might change.
You forgot Mossop and Hock
Of course us being a TPA free zone is a major factor in getting us to the point we are now with recruiting and player managers ...and will continue to be until our policy on that score changes.
most of the roster we have now is a direct result of the ‘16 factor, all that went with that and our TPA less signing policy thereafter. Realistically, how attractive where we to player managers since the 15 onwards period??
id like a Cartier diamond ring but in the end I’ll settle for what I can afford.
Aren’t you the bloke that believed Roosters player wages are all on Cap haha?
What's BS?
BA would rather play Moneyball than chase any quality signings.
You don't think we're spending a lot on Norman, Moses and Paulo? Imagine how much we would have to pay for Origin players.
Coz player managers were champing at the bit to sign with us around 15 onwards...if Ricky knew what was coming down they all did.
