Are Parra definitely going to be hit with a salary cap reduction for 2017 and 2018?

Iis this the case? I have not read this officially amd just wondering. If so we should be trying to negotiate some sort of deal otherwise we are f..... for the next two years. This is the gift that keeps on giving and hard to take when we all know it is not a level playing field. Will still keep supporting but I think the NRL is run by a bunch of half wits and I can see other codes will continue to make inroads in western Sydney. Were Melbourne and Bulldogs punished over the following seasons? If so how dis they mange to win premiership within two years.

    Yes a 500k TPA rollover next year and 150k in 2018.

      Well looks like a lot more pain to come. This will make it pretty hard to recruit for key positions e.g. front row. What a mess. I can understand why the NRL have done this (TPAs) but let's hope we can sort this out to move forward with a chance to be competitive from 2017. Do you think Hayne a chance? Or crazy to even dream considering our predicament? Anyway thanks for the response.

    Thanks Poppa. Well we really need to sort out our management issues ASAP to have the right people negotiating our way through this mess. I say bring on Bernie Gurr.

    I actually agree with poppa who is spot on in this people must realise it is not a penalty it is basically third part payments promised to current players for future seasons that like others have been found to have some link to the club therefore must be included into the cap it's pretty simple
