Soz ME, been out all day and just watching it now on Fox, just pointing out inconsistancies in the rules, a player can hold someone back yet get sin binned but another player can drop a shoulder on a player already on the ground and just get penalised

yeah but it just sh!ts me to what happened to Norman, to be binned for his infringement at a critical part of the game yet a shoulder charge like Burgesses doesnt warrant it. why dont refs penalise players that surrender?
i shits me to tears that the refs have stopped acting on players that surrender without being touched, they went through a phase where they did, then they stopped, the opposition players should just stand there and not touch him point at him and look at the ref.
