If you've been 'sexually harassed' by your female boss and there is an internal investigation and the matter is then resolved but unfortunately you find yourself out of employment.
It isn't through no fault of your own but more because your a bloke and well she's the female. Then you continually look for work in that profession but discover that this information of the previous investigation which should be 100% confidential hasnt been.
As there hasn't been any confidentiality of the previous investigation which should have no bearing on future employment prospects is somehow being leaked to different areas and depts in your profession is that an illegal breach of confidentiality and if it is what can be done?

Fuck! I passed out reading this. With no full stops or commas I wasn’t sure where to take a breath.
Sorry, I will try and fix it. Any advice besides punctuation?
Call Fair Work NSW.
What can they actually do given the previous investigation was dealt with mutually and supposed to be forgotten. Its obvious that people in the Dept have gossiped and who knows how huge the Chinese whisper has changed the actual truth.

Take it to the local detectives. It is a criminal matter.
