  it seems like this kid is a five eigth, where do you think he will get a start this year , if he debuts?

    BEEN SAYING IT FOR MONTHS NOW - HUMBLE IS VERY, VERY GOOD. HE HAS BEEN TRAINING IN THE HALVES AND FULLBACK. DA IS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIM AS HE HAS A GREAT KICKING GAME AND IS GOOD ON HIS FEET. I THINK WE WILL SEE HIM AT 6 AND MORTIMER AT 7 AFTER A FEW ROUNDS. SPEED AND FOOTWORK IN A BIG THING AND THE KID HAS LOADS OF IT...... COST THE CLUB VERY LITTLE TO GET HIM TOO.....

  I know morts, robo and kk are probably all ahead of this kid (pecking order) but if we get an injury in the halves we might see him.
  I would like to see morts and humble on the field at the same time I know it probably wont happen.
  It's nice to have some halve depth.

  Yeah the kid has lightning pace which I think we're starting to miss a bit. I think speed will be the factor that will get him a start. Apart from Hayne and maybe Grothe, there's noone there that you can put through a hole and say 'shut the gates...' like you would a slater or stewart.
  I'll def throw a little something on rookie of the year for Humble though it will take an injury to let him in I reckon

  I want him to be our secret weapon. Don't use him until round 20. Having a weapon up your sleeve can be a great surprise factor and people won't be able to deal with your changing strategy. When Mateo came back last year, he was our equivalent of the surprise factor. Tom Humble should stay injury free and he might have a chance of becoming Rookie of the Year after making a late debut and might be one of our strike weapons when it gets to finals time.
