Any winners here from the Melbourne cup????

I've held off posting as I thought someone would have done so. I can say I picked the winner hoorah. Only 5 each way but was still 85 bucks. Made a day of it by venturing to the pokies for the first time in years and won 600...gotta love cup day!!!!

    I didn't bet but tipped 3 horses names that i liked, they all failed, i know next to nothing about current horse form.

    Friend on mine got the trifecta didn't even know won until 20 minutes after the race he won $11k off $50. Apparently his uncle had a dream of the numbers of the trifecta . Even better the guy is unemployed.

    9 month old daughter was playing with my phone this morning. Placed a $5 bet on my Sportsbet account on the horse that won to place. Not sure how but it happened and she scored $40 for her bank.
