  • Yeah heard JAKEs coming back for another stint on our benches and playing two minutes every second week.

    • But Frank, what you do not realise is he is there incase Brown or Moses get an injury, despite never doing it before or after ever again, he is there to cover Halves. That is important, so important BA never did it again with any other player. But it is not nepotism, no not at all.

I will ask, had Jake been 18 this year and when Moses went down would he of put him until Moses was back unlike Sanders who got 2 games?

  • all the Rouse Hill Rhinos heading to Leeds....I heard, on the "BA chase the collision Bush Coach mascot alignment scholarship" transfer program....

ok ok I know hes gone now ...but one for the road yeah/nah

    • It's funny you would still be bagging the chase the collision conundrum. The panthers won the GF because they mongreled up and chased the collision.

Having class is different to having class and mongrel for 80 min.

We may be building for more class but where are the alphas with the mongrel in the team.

This team won't bash its way past 6 place.

  • Joash Papalii, Ronald Volkman.

  • Jim told HOE there's 3 or so to come.

    • But who are they? That is the question. So far we've only signed nobodies.

      • Up to you and your opinion regarding word choice Obums but I would encourage to have renewed faith in Ryles and crew to help us identify some future high quality first graders. I understand and appreciate that most of us are sick of Parramatta signing questionable players like Harper, LumeLume, Murchie, Hodgson etc. However, fresh start. These unrecognised players really could excel with our new coaches.

Lomax, One of the best players in the competition, definitely not a nobody (assuming you are not referring to ZL with your question above), signed for an exceptionally low price. Experienced outside back who will drive standards and kick goals.
Iongi, would have played first grade at half a dozen clubs, just happened to be stuck behind one of the best and most resilient Fullbacks in recent memory.
Williams, an error-prone but otherwise extremely hard working, dynamic, versatile and talented middle forward who has edge experience.
Hawkins, Best player in NSW Cup last year and a handy depth and back up.

        Speculated signings:

Volkman, was highly rated at the Chooks and Warriors, had some bad luck but very promising talent.
Joash Papalii, will be a star in the NRL, been highly rated by many people in the know. Extremely dynamic player, excitement machine.

But a big reason he's making this impact is because a lot of starch has gone out of the game so his energy and enthusiasm comes to the fore…"

"Yea I like Samrani as a 17 rather than a starting backrower. Tuilagi will probably be selected this week with Guymer back on the bench or cup. Latu needs a couple more games in Cup before being a chance of NRL selection I would think."
