Yeh I'd like to see Sutton attempt to explain the difference of the two. If anything Sam Burgess' was the lesser of the two as he didn't extend his arm like Packer did.

  You would think given the profile of Burgess and the media attention his suspension has gotten , the match review crooks would’ve seen Kaysa go down and at least has a slow look at it . How can they call out Burgess and not Packers ? No wonder people belive there’s corruption in our game .
  
  Watching in slow-mo Packer 1000% lifts his elbow on purpose . He even turns his head towards Kaysa before he lifts it .

I thought this immediately as it happened in the game. Yes, we see this all the time, but for Sam to get punished and Packer not boggles the mind.

They hate Parra wouldn't matter who coached us we always on the end of dodgey calls. I wish Arthur would blow up in the press conference though. Forget the 10grand fine he may not have a job soon lol.

Its not OK to attack the head, but its quite OK to attack the throat. Burgess raised his forearm as he went forward. A just penalty.
