I'm developing a man crush on this fella...great start to his NRL career and delivering amazing value for money - well done Andrew and well done Parra for helping him realise his potential

I would have him over stone. Stone can cover dummy half which is a benefit but his prone to an error or missed tackle. My bench would be when we are fully fit.
Yep. Add me to the AD fan club. He's not just making up the numbers, he's making a difference in both attack and defence. Takes Stone's place on the bench if everyone is fully fit. AND DOESN'T GIVE AWAY STUPID PENALTIES OR THROW STUPID PASSES. Absolutely thrilled for him. You can get almost carried to the top of Mount Everest for $300,000 US dollars but $300,000 US won't get you a first grade NRL position. One of the few things you have to earn these days.
BA does a great job with all these young players, so some get a little hesitant & sign elsewhere but if they stick around & you play good football you will make the side. Another great decision was to leave Lane in the team after last week shocker. As experts here called for his head, BA had this week enforcing their job & off they went and won. The team a little rusty but heading in the right direction. Davey, great game nice pass & I bet he will only get better as the year moves on.
I still think that Lanie should have been shown the bench and Davey promoted to the run on side. That being said, Lane had a much better game this week. As for Davey, damn that's a great story. It's a story of persistence , hard work and belief. I'm a fan.
"Well there we go truth is out there luv our belief was right all along! Good on him for keeping it under wraps thru all the shit he copped from those that couldn't see...shame on club at time!
thanks"
"When you change coaches you need to expect some players to chase the money elsewhere because there is no relationship with the new coach. Ryles is now building the squad with the players that fit his style. It's nobody's fault, it's just how it goes."
"Having talent and knowing how to teach that talent to others are completely different skillsets.
A lot of the best coaches weren't very good players, and a lot of brilliant players aren't good coaches."
"Thanks Ben, great posts? maybe? but questions not answered......Bluey maybe right....we should shoot them all.....but who do we end up with then? Chiefy is the standout....he has made the stupidist comment yet....that gives him a walk up to go on…"

Another headache for BA selection wise when Stone, Kaufusi and Evans are back.

Fathead what I like most about AD is he seems very hard working & coachable, and from that I reckon you get a player the coach and team can trust.
Reminds me of Todd Lawrie. Just gets the job done with little fuse. We were cheering him on last night from the stands to score a try.
I thought that too !!
Settle the fek down Carlo, the guys had two games ffs, best you stay out of this thread because it would be nice to see him have some more.
