Osiriden you have hit on one of my theories, the Nrl are trying to get rid of some of the Sydney teams and spread them around Aus, they have been sticking it to Parra for some years now Ref's screwing us with early penalty's, suspension and constant destabilising of our club, my view is that the Nrl are going to try and amalgamate Parra and Penrith with Phil Gould as the El Suprimo of all the west, he has dreamt of getting his hands on all of our juniors for years. I know we are a rich and strong club but there are forces within and on the outside of our club trying to pull us down. Now all you non conspiracy people can take all the shot's you want but time will tell one way or the other if I am right or wrong

I don't see how we'd ever be amalgamated. We have a high membership count, we have a high production of juniors, and we constantly top the home average count.
As I've said before we're one of the only clubs in Sydney that are relevant, and we're still relevant without being successful in the past 5 years. The only other relevant clubs in Sydney are the dogs and souths. The rest can all be merged, except for Penrith but the only thing that is relevant about that team further west is their junior base.
Maybe we should just instill an ethos that no matter what calls go against us, we will not use them as an excuse, but strive to be better.
How about we win by such a margin that refs calls mean nothing.
We are now looking for 50/50 calls that go against us. Maybe we should just play better, support better and be better than the other teams.
Whether youre right or wrong, lets not give them a chance to change who we are..
The refs have a major bearing on results - we can shy away from it but its the cold hard facts.
Teams on the rise need to work doubly hard to get the rub of the green. Once your on top the rub always seems to go your way.
Ham I sincerely hope you are right, I hate the idea that it could happen but there is always that chance and in that event myself along with a considerable amount of supporters would give the game away, although I am not religious here's praying you are right
Hey Drop Bear missed that one but as I said to Ham I hope you are right as I would hate to see this great club go
I'm with you TBUR now if you can just get BA to actually teach them how to do that as obviously in the last 12 month's has failed to do so
Oh Fish, stop..in the name of love.
Recently read that Parramatta are the third richest club behind Brisbane and Souths, with the Bulldogs 4th richest.
no chance.
