As the title says, there's always next year, hasn't that catch cry become synonymous with the eels for 28 long draining and painful years. The NRL at large needs the Eels to stand up and represent the wider west, but this mob just doesn't cut it for the duration of an entire season, with 2 winnable games to finish off the season the hapless eels with destiny in their own hands got cold feet at finals eve and did what they do best................................................................................................choke.
