I don't agree with the decision to resign BA but I guess that is out of our hands and we have to live with it for the next 2 years.
What advice would you give to BA going forward(apart from sack yourself) :
1) every performance that is at the last 2 weeks levels you should be dropping a min 2-3 of the worst performing players
2) teach moses how to kick long for field position. If he is going to be the dominant kicker this is a no brainier. If he cannot kick long then he is not a half back. These mid field bombs are completely ineffective.
3)find a halves coach - our halves clearly aren't getting the right training on how to manage a game.
4) put a utility on the bench. Our forwards have proven they have no real impact off the bench so at least we would have cover for injuries/tired ball players.
5) do something... Anything Different to the week before. A blind monkey could work out the game plan is not working. Make changes buy new players change training styles do something other than lining up the same 17 players week in week out because "the effort was there" the week before.

Fundamentally our game plan is flawed....
We are week in week out dominated up the middle. It took a few weeks for the other teams to work it out but now they all know how to beat us.....
Continually taking a hit up in the opposition 20 on tackle 4 and 5 is an absolute joke.... throw something at them FFS......
This is a decision that will take minimum 4 years to turn around....as when a new coach comes in he'll want time to get the squad he wants....

Any yet, here we are into his 6th season with Parra and BA has shown he still has zero idea how to address the rotation or bench makeup.
BA is a dud and nothing will change in the next few years.

Well his been farking his bench rotation for yrs, so for BA it's not easily fixed, he thinks his going alright the dumb bush coach.
You can have the best gameplan in the world, but if you dont have the cattle to carry it out, then it is not going to work, Our forward pack are playing as individuals and are not up to standard, Our hafback is not dominating and is not a schemer. He is talented, but not on a week to week basis. He is on big money and should be replaced by a more effective half. We are lucky to have many players off contract and a great chance to reinvigorate our roster.
BA has never had a game plan to begin with.!!!

Is Moses chasing, The only time we win a game when he takes on the line, His passing game is very predictable, he cannot dominate and does not stand out from the rest of the team. Michael Morgan, Mitchell Pearce Luke Brooks for instance, are visible all the time as they get involved and like to get their hands on the ball. Young Mahoney is a better kicker of the ball than he is. Overrated.
Drop Alvaro to Wenty, Paulo to the bench... these 2 players fall off tackles after 10mins
Start Maraeo and Mau at Prop... these 2 players are mobile and can defend early stages then bring on Paulo when oppostion are tired
Look at the Raiders this year they got rid of Paulo and Boyd and going great guns now..
Yep now people can see why raiders got rid of Paulo, He is a 18/20 minute player each half.
Why we paid 650k is a joke, paulo is worth around 400k.
