Offer them Fergo as a sweetener and see if we can get him here. At least kick the tyres on it. Wests are the favourite but have nothing they can offer in return? He's an absolute game breaker and they are very hard to come by. Fergo's best days look done.

Why ged rid of Fergo? He is not the problem. Yes, he has some brain farts but plenty of comment on here that highlights the issue and it comes from inside of his position.
Fox wants fullback and nothing else
Not saying Addo Carr would not be great, but what has Ferguson done wrong? Our attack bunches to his side and Waqa almost never passes. In defence Waqa, is a massive issue and his errors leave Fergo with little choice.
Persoanlly I don't think Fergy has ever been a smart footballer but he's played his best when he's played with no respect for his body. He had a massive 2018 doing this. By far the best year of his career. He was pretty decent for us last year. But i'm not sure his body has as much in at as it did a couple of seasons ago.
If you watch tape of him from 2018 to now its chalk and cheese. He's not getting our sets started on the front foot and imo is equally as responsible for our poor defence down that edge as Waqa. Ado-Carr is on a whole other level to Fergo. I'm not even sure Melbourne would want him over what they have but I'd at least be trying to make something happen with them as they're losing JAC anyway.
haha he's also been off the pace on a few other chances.
George Jennings played 1 game on that wing for a try. but aside from that I don't think he's been as good with his carries or defensively this season. Throw that in with his brain farts he's always had in him , hes had a very below par season so far.

I’ve posted before about this, the only problem is he wants to play fullback & personally I think he would be better than Gutho only due to his speed. But what do you do with the most inspirational player in your team?
Gutho to right centre and Fox to fullback.
