What started out as a pre bed remedy during a bad cold a few months ago has progressed to a nightly ritual.
lots of honey.... generous free pour of whiskey and a whole lemon squeezed into a big mug topped with boiling water.....not even going to pretend to be guilty

at my preschool we are currently doing a bee project which is already published and continuing to try to do a community pollination project in Newcastle - honey is the bomb
