Adam Reynolds

30 in, he's missed a conversion right in front with no pressure. And bombed his own try.
not a word said.
if this were Mitchell Moses, the world would go into meltdown.

  • Ik aye

  • So what the Rabbits lead 26 -0 doesn't really matter but when it counts that's the difference.

    • But he's done it in the past when the game has been in the line

  • Beat me to it. I was thinking the EXACT same thing. I truly don't get the Moses hate. Not talking about being critical of his game, I'm talking about the very genuine desire by many for him to fail. If Moses put that effort in people would be laughing their heads off and ridiculing him. But Reynolds? All good.

      • Stop embarrassing yourself fongie. Just because he has played well in the past doesn't mean he should get a free pass. You know what I don't rate your footy brain, because you constantly spill this type of dribble. By the way who is going to be halfback for NSW in game 3?...

          • If Moses had failed every time he was under pressure he wouldn't have been picked for Origin. In fact he wouldn't even have a career still.

            • He's failed everytime it's counted Pou .At least in his time with us anyway .  Moses is currently very fourtunate that halfbacks are like finding a unicorn with two dicks .

              • He's only failed of you think his job is winning games on his own. He is in the team to do a job, and winning requires everyone to do their job, not just the halfback.

                • Part of a halfbacks job is to create the oportunity to win . He's not just a cog in the engine, he is the carburettor . He does lots well in regards to filling a gap in the line and playing the part of the conduit , but he lacks the part that makes a halfback valuable . Creativity and spark.  The kid can kick , tackle and pass . You could find a 250k halfback to do that .

I don't get it , why the love for the bloke ? I think our flattering position on the table has clouded peoples judgement. People calling for BAs head but nobody wants to hear that Moses and Gutho in one team are not going to win you a GF . Has he signed his new deal yet ? If so he's getting 40K per game . If not I hope he either improves from his origin experience or it highlights exactly what we are signing up for over the next few years and we go back with a revised offer  .

                  • His kicking game is among the best in the NRL. That's what we're paying for. $250k halfbacks aren't allowed to kick the ball. If they do, their team is either losing, or playing reserve grade.
