One thing we are all guilty of is mixing hope with fact. The best way to analyse a player is not what they might do but how they actually play.
Start with Inu. He is not fast is a good finisher close to the line and can kick goals. If you think of him as a faster larger version of Hazem then you have a very good winger. If you hope he will bounce out and play like Inglis then you will be disappointed.
Mateo is a very good bench player who can off load a magic ball when players are tired. He lacks focus and has errors in his game and is also a large body which makes him a liability in the defensive line. If you think of him as a quality match winner from the bench (aka Dean Widders) then you have a good player if we hope he is going to be B Kenny or Fittler then you will be disappointed
Hindy will make 40 tackles, flop on half of them, use his legs in half of them and run his big arse off. But he wont ever make a line break. Due to age he is more a better verion of Larsen (gary that is) than Clyde.
Try watching our players actually play and see what they do because that is what they will do. KK is not going to go out and play 7 like Joey because that is not how he plays. He is more a Craig Wing 14 off the bench.
Hoping that by moving Mateo to 6 and KK to 7 that you will have Freddie and Joey are wild when in fact we will have Widders and Sing and in my view no hope.

I believe that when Mateo gets a bit of confidence in his game you will see another Parramatta side. To compare him to Dean Widders (as good as he was off the bench) is an insult to the talent of Mateo. Widders was an impact player, Mateo will win you the game.
I think last year back half of the season when he played off the bench for limited bursts is his role.
I hope your right but the facts of his past performances do not support the hope
I think our halves combination should be KK and Morts with Robson coming off the bench (with Mitchell being introduced sometime during the season). Robson is a great back up half but that is all, he was originally bought for this reason but somehow became our first string 7. What does that say?
I don't blame Robson for our Grand Final loss, he played well for our team, but I just can't help thinking that had we had a more naturally creative half, we would of had a better shot. At the time I would not of dropped him, he earned his spot to play in the GF, I just thought that Ando would have tried out the combo of Morts and KK by now since it seems that the future of our team centred around these guys in the halves.
A good lock is a tireless worker, solid defender and 'mop up' man. Mateo's strengths are his skill with the ball in hand. He is a born 5/8 for mine.
Otherwise, yeah play him as an impact man off the bench. He is not an 80 min lock though. I reckon Horo should get a chance to tackle his bum off this week in that position.
