A theory on Peats

I am disgusted as everyone else re: forcing peats. Out...but, is it possible this was BA's call? Peats was off contract this season, and with rumours abound we are in for seggy, is it possible BA told him he wasn't needed next season as he plans on going for with seggy or utilising a younger take in King or Pritchard?Ultimately, my point being has BA simply pulled the trigger earlier on something that would have happened anyway?

Norman is also off contract. Is he also not in BA's plans?
Sterlo said on Triple M that 'there is no way Parramatta would want to get rid of Peats'. He said he knows how highly regarded he is by BA and the team.
I think BA just had to make a tough decision and the hooker role was the one we had the most depth in.
I think there was just as much a chance of losing IDG at the end of the year if Peats didn't ask for too much money.

Wasnt going to be retained , to much money and its needed elsewhere ,no 9 weve got covered for a few seasons
