We already have a good squad, why not just sign who we have now and bring in some guys that are great players but have been rejected from the NRL for a few reasons. It might help some of our up and comers and make them lift to fight for positions. I know most of these people were forced out for disciplinary reasons but we know that Brad Arthur doesn't mind giving them a shot to turn their NRL career and life around. The players I believe would fit this criteria include:
- James Segeyaro (Corey Norman's best mate)
- Todd Carney
- Kevin Locke
- Ken Sio (never should have let him go - low money and gives 100%)
Probably many others as well. Tell me who you think?? Could probably get all 4 for the same price as Hayne (I love Hayne but we can't have him for what he's worth unfortunately). I would also like to see a bit more of a competition for a prop position. I know this is a repetition of many other blogs, but I just get really excited that we now have the chance to move forward for next year. We are a great team, we've showed that! I am yet to see a team play with the heart Parra play with each week. Credit to the pack and I think this will show when they come out firing next year. Brad will have them primed!
Cheers

You're a positive supporter, love it
Todd Carney has been given heaps of opportunities already. Plus this rumour has seemed to have stemmed from a joke blog that was made here.
Kevin Locke, bad attitude and he's signed a new deal with the greater sydney rams which i believe is a 2nd tier RU team.
Ken Sio it'd be really weird to go out and buy a winger as we don't need him to play fullback. We have a pretty decent backlime anyway, we just need the players closer to the middle to capitalise on what they have outside of them.
Outside of Segeyaro (or another dummy half) I think we should now be looking at Paul Vaughn from the Raiders. He would really add to our props.
Ye fair enough
Ye he'd be number 1 priority I reckon
Ye for sure
I'm sure we could have got Segeyaro before he left for overseas but obviously BA didn't want him. A good player on his day but very injury prone. Believe we are looking at Carney but whether it will come off, and whether NRL will let him back, is still in the future, The other 2 can stay where they are.
