"I think Braith respects Ryles as a coach and what he's doing at Parra and obviously believes Lomax did the wrong thing, listened to poor advice and brought this all upon himself and did the wrong thing to Parra"
"Yep clearly hates Parra and has no idea what he's talking about"
"Agree. He was giving to Reed who clearly hates the Eels and Reed has no idea what he's talking about. "
"I'm putting last year down to the new style of attack and defence that had been implemented, as well as relying on Volkman at half. It was a disatorous 1st half without doubt, but I can't see that happening again. We should be much better prepared…"

Well written mate, he better fix this. We don't want an 8th coach (I think) in 10 years + BA is really taking the Eels in the direction the fans want.
You have to vote for someone. Provide a better alternative and votes may change. He was definitely IMO the best candidate at the time.
What needs to be "knocked on the head" more readily is the fact that a lot of people involved with the club seem to think leaking to some grubs in the media is the most successful way to get the wheels turning.
This is bad. If Sharp "knocks this on the head" now he's conceding that the squeaky wheel gets the oil, that those who scream the loudest will get the attention. We've got to stop letting situations escalate to the media, we've got to ensure we have processes that are more efficient than a grubby avenue like this. Otherwise everyone involved in the club will start threatening leaks to get things moving on issues they care about.
This is a test, but I hope the answer isn't to kneejerk. To me the answer is to sort this behind closed doors and then not fan the flames. Don't respond. Give no air to the initial leak/rumour. Sort it behind closed doors and keep it there. Otherwise Sharp is proving that he will respond to threats from the media.
For me to cast this news in a different light is personally agonising.
This is different. It cannot be allowed to fester. It's not a knee jerk reaction if it is essential that it is resolved.
As a loyal fan, loyal to both my team and to Sharp, I'm looking to Steve to fix it.
It needs to be done.
Agreed sixties, we do not need any Uncle Festers.
Sixties, it is a bad look regardless of how quickly it gets resolved. The radio news I listened to this morning ran this story in length and there was no mention of the Robbie Farah situation. This weeks instalment about the basket case eels. These are such basic matters that should never get to this stage, but its one after the other and shows an appalling lack of attention to detail by management.
I agree that Sharp does need to communicate to members about this.
