If Brad Arthur is given the ultimatum to leave as head coach. How long should the contract of a new appointed coach be for ? Considering the past 9 years under Brad Arthur hasn't really delivered anything substantial. In my personal opinion I reckon 4 to 5 years with a conditional contract review after the 2nd year but also an end of season review. It of course depends on who the new appointed coach is. What are people thoughts?

3 years, coaches shouldnt be signed longer or they get in the comfort zone.
I was going to say 3 years after having this clown here for 9 although it feels 29 yesrs
Same goes for players, 3 years max.
Yep 3 and only extended to 5 if they're on fire
brad arthur is as safe as house bricks
You reckon? Gee I surely hope not
If you don't mind me asking, what makes you say that? More so to the fact that I feel more than ever that he is gone and I think he knows it too.
3 years and the quicker we get BA the pelican out of here the better.
Its going to be a tough job for the new coach. Our attack for 5 years has been 4 setup plays and 2 shots to our left wing . We don't play any footy . Complete garbage.
Agree Snottie
We are a side that is weak in every aspect of the game, mentally and physically. This Coach has the team set up like a pub team and has not instilled any aspects of a game plan other then brute force. This leads to year after year of massive fade outs, which again is occuring this year. In addition to cleaning out the coaching staff I would shop Gutherson around as well.
The Best we can hope for is retain Dylan Brown and Ice (Unlikely) and also retain RCG and Jr. Id consider Moses at 900 no more and if he wants that million dollar paycheque go play middle of the table footy with Benji for the rest of your career.
a REBUILD again ....fan bloody tastic........lol
