A gee up from the start

Has anyone ever thoyear this was a gee up from the start by the NRL. Not just from old fraction of the club. They didn't dock us 4 points at the start so the first game of the year would be close to a sell out and ratings? Didn't take long after the witch hunt started on us. They try to make out they knew nothing n that parra board didn't fully come clean aka playing the victim while feeding the media it wasbeen a terrible few months off field. I believe they didn't ndont want us to play finals this year but still want ratings from one of most popular teams. Will they now help us or try move us to another state to 'expand the game'. We will find out. Of course sharp was allowed to apeel that means less chance of making the finals. Comp is rigged u see favouritism with ref n judisury. I dunno if I can keep watching it. Sorry if this pisses ppl off how I feel with it all

  • No i cant agree Parramate.

  • I agree mate. I think it's a gee up, all they care about is money
  • Well the only reason they've let us play for points for the rest of the year mate is to keep crowds up. There's no way they'll allow us to play semi finals footy . lets just say if it came out tomorrow that The NRL knew the full extent of what we were in for back before the season kicked off I wouldn't be shocked .
    • True Wiz.

On NRL 360, Kent asked if more evidence was to come to light at a later date would the NRL impose more penalties, Greenberg answered yes.

      This tells me that:

      1. Maybe the NRL have more evidence ready in case we go close to the semi's.

      2. Maybe the media are aware of this already.

  • It was also alarming how carefree The Turd seemed to be when Kent straight up accused more clubs of cheating . He was pretty much saying unless someone dobs our hands are tied and then in regards to The Broncos he pretty much said that because The Broncos didn't play ball they couldn't do anything . Or " we can only act on the information we were given "

Wonder had we have told them to get fecked right from the get go what they could've or would've done about it .
  • Maybe we should be asking who the "White Ant" is who gave the media all this "inside information" to begin with.

    • GG is my bet with encouragement from DF.
  • That's exactly what I thought too, maybe we are onto something FTT

"De Belin will do a lot of the clean up work, the 3rd man in for our defence. Hopgood is now not alone in that area. He will not be flashy but he will definately do his job."
