Blue eel actually has a good point, although i hope he realises the players put in a hell of a lot more than 2 hours game time a week, its a full time gig these days.
I would penalise players for dropping balls ,missed tackles and penalties with extra personal training sessions. You would soon see the players pick up the act once they realized that they would be training in their own time
