Please, I was actually filthy he got sent as we were getting well on top by the time he did. Parra's problem isn't being able to beat the best cause this team when on song can beat any team. It's doing it for consecutive weeks & then backing it up again. But what Parra did to Penrith in the min's before & after the send off just shows that IF we can get it together & do it for longer periods, we sir can win the comp.
Good point Coryn, someone said that Moses went into his shell and of course Dyllan was quiet through this period, Gutherson tried to rally the side and did so when he went to dummy half, but the problem was mentioned by Flannagan when he said Parra has no identity and it comes back to the lack of thrust off the bench, Niukure is a major disappointment from this respect. I have no idea how the othere fringe middles would go as they have not had the opportunity. Cartwright was obviously shitting himself from being scared of making a mistake. I have no doubt that these blokes would only have got 10 minutes if it was 13 against 13.
Everyone is excited about Waqar being back on the wing, well the answer is not Opecic if we want to go further, if we manage to get Taupo, then the opportunity is to move Niukure back into the centres, if we are going to handle the likes of Latrell Mitchell then we need him there to defensively to stop this style of player, he will run rampant through our middle backs otherwise.
We are not good enough and still can be closed down if the defence is rearranged like Penrith did in the second half.
BA's tactics were in no evidence in the second half, first half as well from a different perspective other than a different intensity.......Marty Taupau maybe just the medicine we need mentally!.....if that rumour is true?
