$50 ON SHARKS!!!

So I was thinking of putting $50 on the Sharks to win this week. I'd imagine they would be paying a pretty decent price and if they were to somehow beat the mighty Eels i'd be furious but i i could deal with the situation a little better knowing that im about $200 richer.

 

and if Eels win which im confident they will, who cares about $50 haha.

 

anyone else thinking of doing something similar? anyone think im an idiot haha?

    If you wait until later in the week you'll get better odds on the Sharks mate, probably closer to the $4 mark. If you bet on them 1-12 which if they do win, is the margin they'll win by. Your odds will probably be 6-7 dollars. I'm putting a lazy 100 on them head to head.

    I did that in the 2001 GF! Had $10 on Bill Peden for first try (at $30) and $10 on Brett Hodgson for last try (at $15). I would have given back my winnings ten-fold for the result to have gone the other way :-(

    Was more than happy to head down to the TAB and collect my $460.... Honestly, bet against them for the next few weeks guys because you'll still get good odds for how shit we are playing.
