3 strikes but not out!

Last week I had my 3rd life threatening experience. Feel like I've won a million bucks from the relief.

I was in Athens for a job interview and I'd borrowed my best man's motor bike to get around town.

As I'm driving along a one way street I happen to see an old colleague I hadnt seen for close to 5 years and lost touch with. I pull over my bike on the side of the road for a bit of chit chat and literally 10 seconds later a speeding car running up the wrong side of the road speeds past doing about 50-60 kms /h with a cop car in hot pursuit. 50 metres down the road the car crashes into another that was driving up seriously injuring both crim and victim. I shouldn't be posting now. Would've left behind a wife and two little kids....

My other two experience were when I was 4 when I decided to walk from Auburn North Primary school all the way to Auburn shopping centre to check out the toys. Became dissorientated and was lost. Thanfully a bikie who was a customer at my dads shop saw me on own, picked me up and called the cops who took me to my parents shop who had no idea where I was since they thought I was in the house in the back watching the afternoon cartoons!!!

3rd experience was almost drowning in the Lane Cove River where I was about 5-6 and mucking around with cousins and friends on a family picnic when I decided to dunk an empty bottle in the river as some of the old kids were doing to wet each other, but slipped on the moss on the rocks and slipt in. I couldnt swim and I slowy felt my conscience leaving me. A ferry happend to be crossing at that time and all present witness this crazy hippy looking guy diving in the water from the top deck "what a crazy man" they said until they saw him swim towards me and drag me out. I still remember his face and he looked just like the images of Jesus Christ. My mum was kissing his hands and my dad pulled out to give him some money but he wouldnt have it. I hope he's still around and has had a great life.

Anyone else had experience like these?

Thank fek youre ok bro, rips can be very dangerous.

    • Unless you can swim?

Thank God Snake was able to find evidence of those two Goggers Robert. As Snake rightly pointed out, RIP's can be dangerous but also very slow to get their intended targets as evidenced by the late August and Margaret!
