I'm going to base my points mainly on the first half and give more weight to the first 20 minutes than the second given the send off.
3. Dylan Brown.
2. Papalii. So sad he's leaving.
1. Gutherson.
Special mention to Moses - his last 20 minutes of the first half and the 40/20 beforehand was exceptional.

Nice Johnny B. Agree with you.
Great team performance in that first half.
3. Dylan - He put on the first two tries which were more important than the send off in my opinion, we had to score next after O'Sullivans try. The way he played short balls to Lane for the first few attacking sets, then when To'o was sucked in thinking the same again, DB went long to Sivo - brilliant. Kudos to BA also, obviously a planned move.
2. Papalli - Great try & typical performance, but also for the way he got to the ball first after a charge down when we already had the game won. Those are the 1%ers we need to see week to week.
3. Mahoney - Some poor options from Mahoney but scoring two very intelligent tries wrapped up the win.
Special mention for Gutho for a huge improvement.
3. Mahoney

Every man and his dog, even the Courier Mail in Brisbane called it a Moses master class......any one that didn't does not understand the role he played.
Yes, the second half was disappointing but the fans on this site do not seem to understand that we are just not that good a side......take Mitchell out of Souths, Reynolds out of the Broncs, Tommy out of Manly and they are different sides. Take Moses out of Parra....replace him with Jake, there is not a team in the comp we could beat.At least those other sides can still win games.
Moses
Papallilil
Brown
Your comments are plainly flawed. Moses played the second half - we were still shit.
Moses was unbelievable in the first half and his monster 40/20 was what turned momentum. But while Cleary was still on the field, D Brown outplayed him with 2 try assists. From that point, we were running down hill and Moses was clearly our best player, but I chose to give that less weight (expressly so too).
If YOU have the ability to understand something, there is no chance that I and others on this site don't.

Well Pops, I don't know what category you put Channel 9 in, as they also had Pappalii as their MOM.
Sorry didn't watch chanel 9 but Alexander who is not what I call a Moses fan had him as the stand out.
Frankly I don't give a stuff what you think or JBG or Shane who hates Moses....you guys have opinions and you have assholes....we all have something in common but I notice comments made on this site by different people who I respect......I haven't seen a comment yet in terms of the argument/discussion that comes into that category, I am sure I will be proven wrong notwithstanding when someone comes along who I do respect.
For what it's worth you don't have to respect my opinion. You also don't need my permission to not respect my opinion. So that feels pointless to say. But I'm newish and you've been on here for much longer so I need to be respectful.
As far as I see it, Moses isn't a Reynolds or Cleary type halfback. Honestly I personally see him as a running half with a decent kicking game. Yes he can kick us out of trouble easily but honestly I don't really see him as an organiser. Which is a shame because when we play the kick for repeat sets style of game, rather than trying to score off every play, we actually are a really good team.
My point being i think Moses is a good half and probably should get more praises considering he plays out of his skin and tries his heart out. I don't really think it's fair for so called professionals, commentators and such, to judge Mitch for something he's not. Or compare him to people like Cleary and Reynolds. Does that make sense?
ByronBae, I don't know you to respect or not but on your comments made you make sense and your judgements are fair.
I have a feeling that as BA plays his halves right and left he seems to position Moses too wide in attack on the right, Moses does more damage when he loops around a player rather than being a link. Whether he can be different comes back to a coaching style in my opinion. I believe that Moses and Brown should always attempt to be in tandem and when you look at the try that Dyllan passed long to Sivo it was Moses who linked to Brown by looping from the right. In the last try we scored, it was Moses pass that opened up the left side for Gutherson to send the cut out to Sivo. When the pressure was asserted with the short kicks it was Moses being the general, Dyllan's kick for papilli (first try was perfect) but Dyllan's short kicks are a bit 50/50....Guth showed again that he would make an excellent dummy half, just don't know who we would play fullback, the new hooker next year will eliminate that option untill he is injured (what's the odds?). Mahoney has done a lot to stifle Moses. Why?
Summary BA is a control freak and inhibits the naturalness of his players, I believe that Moses is much a victim of this as is Brown.....the rest makes it difficult, I have a belief that Papilli is potentionally the best loose forward we have had since Price and Hindmarsh, early days for that statement.....if he goes to Wests it becomes meaningless. Good halves are as good as the pack that make the platform and the pace that can come through the centres and wings, i think if Moses was playing for one of the flashier teams, he could be the player that you want to see.
Your question was thoughtful and I answered it in the long way, because the variables are all intuitive.
MB your comment on all members waiting probably puts my every man and his dog in context LOL
