  • How would you feel as a fan if you bought your tickets and then found out that you could've gotten freebies....and that's one of the reasons this game is going backwards under the current administration

  • Disgraceful effort from the nrl.

Help the sides no one can stand yet buries the ones that are the life blood of the competition.

  • Top of the table every season & still no fans. roosters carry on about being in the comp for over 100 years, still couldn't fill a stadium to save their lives. The Eels would out pull these two teams if we were coming last. Imagine when the roosters get their new stadium & the gov have to give tickets away for the opening. I think they should re think the number of seats at the new Moore Park stadium. 10,000 seats should be enough if they want the stands to look almost full.

Lucky it's on TV or no one would know what the final score is apart from the few fans & the others that are their because the tickets were free.

  • I'm taking my wife to this game - she likes the Roosters. Tickets were $85.00 each..

  • The NRL are totally inept on nearly every level. They rarely fail to embarrass themselves. I'll  quote my grandmother speaking about her local council,  "They couldn't run a country shithouse!"

I hope that Peter V'Landys drains that ineffectual swamp dry when he takes over, starting with Greenberg!!!

  • Yet they get 93000 at the final last weekend in aerial ping pong at the MCG.

  • LOL. if we had a 50K stadium and made it to prelims we would sell out. NRL should back us a bit, it would make the game look better

  • Just shows you that these 2 sides can buy all the premierships they want but neither will be able to provide the experience that was the eels game v broncos a couple of weeks ago. That was the best club sporting event I’ve been to in Australia I don’t care what anyone says. It was an unrivalled atmosphere to anything produced by a Rugby League club  game in this country so far.

  • The NRL is choking on a diet of Roosters and Storm. It’s holding the game back.

Imagine a Parra v Dogs semi. Oh that’s right, 75,000 people would turn up.

The NRL needs a regime change.
