If I had to guess Ryles has picked Da Silva as his long term 9 and is loading him up with minutes to develop.
Ryles had no choice they gave TDS the money and the years he was always the future.Smith was purely a stop gap.
You acting like Ryles is being forced to use Da Silva when he could simply prefer him? He wanted an attacking hooker after Smith debuted.
It's strange, I thought we had a distinct advantage when Ryley started the game, he's contributions are stellar and add to that the constant kick pressure he provides. TDS off the bench in a PJ Marsh attacking role would suit us better.
Yes once game wears down a little inject TDS and let him use his speed. Unsure if Ryles will go back to it but it's a good move

We badly need speed in the outside backs & his attacking x-factor. Players who can turn half chances into something.
