One positive for us is that most of our team are under contract for next season so should be able to have a good pre season and build combinations. My 17 for next season would be:
1. Gutho
2. Sivo
3. Penisini
4. Bailey
5. Russell
6. Dylbags
7. Moses
8. RCG
9. Lussick
10. Greig
11. Lane
12. Carty
13. Hopgood
14. Hands
15. Paulo
16. Matto
17. Joffa
probably 3/4 spots left in the top 30 and they should be targeting some backs for depth. Greig I think would be a good option to start for 20 min or so and bring energy then Paulo can enter a bit later.
Any thoughts or changes ? Our roster is pretty much set just need a good pre season and health

Not far off mate.
I would anticipate some changes though. I'm certain a few blokes will get a tap on the shoulder and we will rely heavily on some youth.
Harley Smith Shields makes sense on a 1 year deal and early release from the Raiders.
Hopefully he helps his mate Bailey.
I also think Dunster will be back in first grade next year.
Agree a guy like HSS on a small deal would not hurt. Hoping a good pre season fires up Sivo but he's definitely on notice. I think we have the talent in this group just need it to fire
Considering Smith-Shields was only a short term deal this year I doubt Canberra let him go, especially with Croker moving on.
Chevy Stewart
HSS
Morkos
Rapana
Kris
Hopoate
Schiller
Timoko
Strange
Cotric
Savage
Just saying.
I also dont mind if we dont sign HSS, but we need someone new.
Sharks are the other team with a bottleneck.
Kennedy
Iro
Tracey
Mulitalo
Katoa
Ramian
Atkinson
Dykes
Hiroti
Taukamo
Hiroti would walk into our wing spot 🤣
Agreed, he is a talent though, never really put it all together but he is a good player. Young too
Another team with an overload of backs is the dogs. Not sure if a guy like Alamoti, Burns or Skelton helps us tho
Alamoti is an interesting one, he was so hyped and seemingly has fallen flat.
I think he is worth a gamble for the right team, because he is so young but some troubling signs from what I've seen.
Maybe somewhere else.
But Kiraz is the pick of the litter there, I'd go very hard for him and then push for an early release next year, once they fall flat again!
I would take Iro, Morkos, Tracey, Smith and anyone that can run metres to be fair.
There are other options too like Robert Derby, Tony Francis and Allan Fitzgibbon.
