Wanted to know what everyones thoughts on who will be in the back row next year with lane?. Ipap leaving, matto signing on and I'm assuming staying at lock and Nikuro leaving. We have signed hopgood who's a lockforward in NSW, momoisea who's played back row in the nrl for the nights.
i personally would like the eels to sign someone like Angus Crichton on the right deal.

Well i think they are moving Brown on to get Crichton.
Imagine if we get Crichton and have cash to get Lodge cheap that will be a ripper of a transfer market for us. Hopgood is a diamond in the rough who could prove to be another Papali'i type.
Yeah I would like to think that's the idea. But we did say that about matto last year and he proved everyone wrong
Sorry but I'd much rather spend that cash on a younger prop forward so they can learn off RCG, Paulo
Angus Crichton has some errors with his game
He's also got some mongrel and intimidation that we're lacking at the moment without Brown.
Every player does
So does Nathan Brown
Looking at what we have in reserves, we are going to be very light on quality forwards next year.
Outside of Paulo, RCG, Matterson and to a lesser extent Lane, we have very little.
None of the reserves/juniors we have are good enough to be 1st grade starters.
I guess we can only hope that the young bloke from the Knights who has had a load of injuries and the Young bloke from the Panthers have something to offer.
Not a fan of Angus Crichton especially as he will cost the same as what the Tigers signed Papali'i for but he is better than any of our reserves.
Maybe we can convict ipap to stay bud Madge is leaving and the tigers are looking even worst than the dogs
Apparently we're talking to that Katoa from warriors. And I'm also hearing we're in talks with Angus Crichton.
