The licensing agreements with clubs and suppliers usually stipulates that licensed apparel and merchandise are sold for an agreed upon price. This stops places like rebel selling jerseys for $100 bucks while the club sells them for $180.
If it sounds to good to be true then its probably a fake. Anything that should be $160 but being sold for 17 is def a knock off or a scam. I know there was a scam last year with some guy saying he was raffling off jerseys for $5 a ticket. He set up a FB and everything.
