    A) they are cheating the cap (I'd doubt it)
    B) crazy 3rd party deals (possible)

  Yes but the Storm game has just left another bad taste in my mouth . The Try off the Kenny knock back wins us that game.or the forward pass for the first try.I can't help but feel disappointed.
