Hey, it's not impossible. We went from equal first in 2008 to 15th in 2009 and the Roosters went from wooden spooners in 2009 to playing in the grandfinal in 2010.
A lot can happen in a year and hopefully our fortunes will go in reverse.
I'm not going to tip a top eight but I think the Warriors, Souths and Newcastle will be the big improvers.
I think the Warriors are top four material. I love their forward pack and I have a feeling Shaun Johnson is going to come into first grade and have a Tim Smith-like debut year. They're going to be one hell of a team to watch if nothing else.
Souths roster looks pretty complete to me. I can't see any weaknesses across the park, and they have some great young kids for depth.
Newcastle are my roughies for the eight if their young half Beau Henry copes with NRL. I think Jarrod Mullen is going to put it all together next year and I'll probably take a punt on him to win the Dally M next year. If Beau Henry lives up to his potential and they can get some stability in their halves I think they will surprise because they have some awesome strike power out wide.
