"2009" Banner Movement

I'm trying to make a 2009 banner for the Storm Game.(Time permitting)

I think it would be good if as many fans as possible made a 2009 banner for the Storm game. (However big or small)

Show them that we still remember how they robbed us of a Premiership with Salary cap rorting.

If you can't bring a banner bring your love for the eels and your hatred for the cheats.

      They learnt a valuable lesson from the dogs after they got done cheating, if you get caught theyll strip your points for a year but within a year or two you will still win the comp because you still have most of the players that you bought illegally. The only way to deal with this sort of scum is to remove their best players and place them in one of the struggling teams .
